We offer free shipping — regardless of order value, with no minimum order quantity, and to both delivery countries. No additional fees, surcharges, or charges apply.
Delivery area
We ship exclusively to USA . We deliver to all postal codes in both countries, including the USA islands. Delivery to other countries is currently not possible.
Shipping service provider
Shipping to both delivery countries is handled by UPS . As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the shipping and delivery locations. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
During periods of high order volume and around holidays, delivery by UPS may be slightly delayed. We will inform you by email in such cases.
Delivery address
We deliver to the address you provided during the ordering process. Delivery to UPS Packstations and post offices is possible, provided you supply a valid UPS customer number. Please check your address details carefully – once handed over to UPS, we cannot change the delivery address.
If the delivery fails
If you are not home at the time of delivery, UPS will leave a notification and store the package for collection. If the shipment is not collected within the storage period, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange a redelivery.
Transport damage
Please inspect your shipment for external damage upon receipt. If the goods arrive damaged, please contact us at contact@bobila.shop — ideally with photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund; we will cover all costs. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by reporting transport damage and remain unaffected.
