1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days, without giving reasons

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. It is sufficient to send us your cancellation notice by email within the deadline.

• Please inform us of your cancellation by email to contact@bobila.shop . You can use the sample cancellation form below, but you don't have to.
• Please return the goods within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
• We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice to the original payment method. The refund may be withheld until the goods have arrived back at our warehouse or you provide proof of shipment.

You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

Are you allowed to test the device before returning it?

Yes — you are allowed to unpack, inspect, and test a device to the same extent as you would in a physical store. Neither the original packaging nor the device being completely unused is a requirement for cancellation.

However, if the device was actually used in the garden—mowing the lawn, sawing branches—and thus showed signs of wear, we can accurately document the corresponding loss in value and deduct it from the refund. Please pack the device securely for return shipping.

2. Exchange

If you would like to exchange a device for a different model, please contact us at contact@bobila.shop . You are responsible for the return shipping costs; we will cover the shipping of the replacement device free of charge.

Exchanges are an additional service. Your statutory right of withdrawal (Section 1) and your warranty rights (Section 3) remain unaffected.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods — Warranty

If your device arrived damaged or defective, or if we delivered the wrong model, your statutory warranty rights apply. These are valid for two years from the date of delivery.

Please contact us at contact@bobila.shop with your order number and, if possible, a photo . You will receive a free return label; we will cover all costs of the return and replacement delivery.

You are initially entitled to repair or replacement. If neither is possible or disproportionately expensive, or if the remedy is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, you can demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal is excluded in the case of only minor defects.

If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is legally presumed that it was already present at the time of delivery — you do not have to prove anything during this period.

Which is not a deficiency

Wear parts such as saw chains, blades, cutting lines, and batteries lose performance through normal use—this is not a warranty claim, but normal wear and tear. We keep separate replacements for these parts in stock.

4. Cancellation policy (legal wording)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at contact@bobila.shop of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

6. Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used. Depending on your card issuer, the credit may take a few business days to appear. We do not charge any fees for refunds.
